Do you quote before the shoot?
Always. Work is quoted against a written scope before anything is booked, with mobilisation stated separately from the fee so travel is never buried inside a day rate.
How quickly can a shoot happen?
The binding constraints are weather and, in controlled airspace, NAV CANADA authorisation. Both are established at scoping rather than assumed, so the date given is a date that holds.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
Yes, on client paper or ours. Site imagery captured under an engagement is treated as client-confidential and is not used as portfolio material unless release is agreed in writing.
